No, entrance fees to the museums are not included.
All buses and tram lines in the city center and selected buses in the surrounding area. Excluded are the Sightseer Bus and the Shuttle Bus to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds.
Yes! The Welcome Card can be sent to you by e-mail on the day of arrival. This is what you have to do: check in online and send a short message to our reception that you wish to receive the Welcome Card by e-mail. You will receive access to the online check-in by e-mail 2 days before arrival.
You do not have to pay attention to anything when getting on the bus or tram. In case of ticket control, please show your Welcome Card.

The Summer Activity Program (late May to late October) allows you to join guided hikes spontaneously without having to plan in advance. The tours are professionally organized and led by certified mountain and hiking guides.
Participation is free – all you need is a Welcome Card, which you receive free of charge at our hotel for stays of 2 or more nights.
Winter
November to April
From 2 nights, the Welcome Card becomes a holiday buddy: ski bus, guided snowshoe hiking, alpaca hiking, taster ski tours and many other experiences are free of charge.
